A.O.A
Dear PW family, I purchased my CG125 quite earlier (just before Eid ul Azha) but posting about it now due to my laziness :D. Don't forget to say mashallah.
I am actually bit worried my motor bike. What I have observed that Honda has tremendously reduced build quality of their motor cycles specially CG15.
First thing that I have observed is mis-aligned rear tyre. I got to note that rear tyre is not centrally aligned to mudguard, rather it is on bit left side leaving noticeable gap at right side. I thought that might be my misunderstanding but when I measured gap between shock and tyre, it is proved that tyre is not centrally aligned rather it is bit inclined to left hand side.
Gap between right shock and that side of tyre was three and half fingers while gap on other side was hardly three fingers. I took my bike to Honda authorized work shop and they too admit that may be its “chimta” is not straight one and that they will replace it if I am not satisfied with it.
I replied that let me to check other brand new CGs. I approached the dealer from where I purchased my bike and checked all zero meter CGS standing there. To my surprise 99% CGs have this problem. Only one CG was free of this problem.
I will post the pics of my bike next morning inshallah. Please guide me what to do in this situation. Dealer said that parts are made in batched from a die. May be that whole batch is faulty one.
Please guide what to do? Is there any way to properly analyze a chimta whether it is straight or not? Why I asking for advice from you people because all new CGs where like my one.
