Since roads are nice here so i thought that i don't really need shock absorbers, and getting the one with shock absorbers would make it unnecessarily heavy, that's why i opted for simple one. Also the one with shocks was looking kind of ultra-sporty, which isn't really my style.
Even if roads aren't nice around your home, you can go for shock absorber version. The bike with front and rear shock absorbers, front and rear disc brakes and gears was for 12K. Comfort with style (H)
