In 9.2 liters, this beast covered 418kms....
Shall I blame the engine oil I am using???
May be, yes
After 275kms I drained the black water of SGO oil and poured AX5, as I have mentioned in the first post that I had one packed bottle of AX5. It worked well but not up to the expectations and I had to change it because oil level was low (1L was not even enough for it?) and expectation was also not up to the mark and it also vanished from market and Shell pumps :O. Finally, after arguing with my friend in Karachi I chose Mobil1 Super 2000 x2 semi synthetic 10w-40 oil. I know I can get some comments that this oil is not meant for bikes but it has worked so well for this bike. The engine sound has become very quiet, the heating problem is gone and warming up time has been also reduced (at the start of the day). My friend in Karachi is using Mobil1 5w-50 fully synthetic and when he told me about it I argued with him that this is not meant for bikes and you may ruin your brand new 150 engine... He explained me the whole story and convinced me gradually... like first of all the rating/grading. 5w-50 means best for freezing winters and best for very hot summers. There is no reason to explain synthetic oil, now most of us know about it. The draining interval of this 5w-50 Mobil1 is 3000kms but he recommended to drain after 2500km. He got it for Rs. 1200 (1L bottle) and completed 1500 km on it up till now.
Since I have been using mineral oils previously, therefore, I decided to go for semi synthetic first i.e. Mobil1 Super 2000 10w-40 and then will switch to 5w-50 fully synthetic.
I bought this Mobil Super 2000 1L bottle for Rs. 650 from filter house, ferozpur road (opposite Qaddafi stadium)
