Emulsification ports were cleaned when the problem surfaced a week ago, they were clogged then but cleaning made no effect coz the problem went deeper.
In this session
1. i bypassed the hot idle compensator as it was acting funny,
2. the idle passage in the throttle body were partially clogged
3. Primary idle cut off solenoid o-ring was torn and was changed.
4. most importantly the float was recaliberated
5. All gaskets changed
6. Idle jet's oring was flattened and blocking the fuel passage from primary idle cut off port
7. power valve piston was not working with vacuum so replaced it .
