2JZ is a very good engine, given the size of the car, it will be more than enough, infact, more than required may be. 7afe is a very good and very common engine (in karachi at least), i've heard many success stories of 7afe.
as capsat has mentioned, may be you'd have to do some alterations in the car. again, as i mentioned earlier, the expert of pakwheels, xulfiqar bhai has mentioned in a thread that if a car is in good condition body wise, then dont alter it, try getting the original engine reworked. if the car is not good body wise and had already been made a master piece by our world class denters, then for sure do a swap. therefore, first you'd have to tell that which condition your car is in.
by the way, although swapping an engine seems a very interesting job, it has many repercussions. so, take your time and do proper research and home work before taking any decision.
on the internet, anyone can suggest you an engine that is best suited for your car. but it doesn't stops here. you probably can't get that engine flown over here. if you can, good, if you can't, well, then you'd have to do some work.
go to the engine market in your city (i guess its called bilal gunj, i dont know). search the market, find all related engines mentioned like 1jz, 2jz, 3sfe, 7afe, 22re, etc.
see which engine will fit bolt-on in your car, if you find one which is bolt-on, get it without thinking again.
ask people who have experience regarding such swaps. understand your car, your requirements (you'd use it as a daily driver or a sleeper), etc.
