Sabir has become quite arrogant now. I found his work to be unmatchable earlier. Got my civic's system serviced, was fully satisfied. Then got my margalla's ac serviced, had to pay 11k since he had to replace the coil but had to spend another 4 k a week after since the gas started leaking. Was still satisfied. But took my mehran 96 yesterday because I found the AC to be a bit weak as per requirement. His workers simply instructed me to get the service done. They were demanding 3k. I agreed to it and instructed for proceeding. Sabir came up, had a look at the engine room and simply slammed my bonnet shut "haath bhi mat lagaana iss garri ko koi, itni puraani garri ka kaam nae hoga". And he simply asked me to leave. The way he slammed my bonnet was very demeaning and disrespectful.
Although he is a bit too pricey but one would agree to his demands as long as the work itself is of premium quality. But his arrogance has literally pissed me off. Older pakwheelers are requested to please give this feedback to him so that he retrains himself and respects his customers.
If my aircon system was not upto his expectations, then he should have simply discussed about a replacement of the system. I would eventually get the system replaced if required.
