Hello Xulfiqar
Before i proceed to connect the signal wire to SPD on ECU the gears are changing when driving car.
You told me this:
to identify the gearbox as it is - there is a connector on the gearbox near the pan - if it only has 2 pins then its a hydraulic box with electric overdrive kill. If it has 3 pins its the electric shift box.
the electric shift box will not change any gear if the wiring is not connected, it remains stuck in 4th (O/D) and can only be shifted by moving the lever from L-2-D.
this ECU needs the speed sensor to be connected to enable auto shifts
is the spd sensor connected? - it would be if this is ECT box and is shifting
When i checked the connector on gearbox near the pan it has three pins also when i found the SPD signal wire to ECU its not connected.
Can you help me please.
