Offence code B40: Failing to observe lighting hours.
Headlights and DRLS are different things.
According to UK Department of Transport:
"DRL are necessarily bright to ensure they are visible in the daytime but not so bright that they willdazzle others"
and
"Use of other lamps during the daytimeDrivers of vehicles that are not fitted with DRL are not required to turn on their headlamps orposition lamps during the day unless visibility is very poor."
If someone is driving with their head lights on without any reason, it is an offence. And it does not prove that Pakistan is living in which century!!!
