your wiring has some grounding faults, you see all those loss of communication faults there, they only happen when your system shuts down half way (loss of power or ground or water intrusion in wiring)
All the Torque converter clutch, shift timing error, target gear not achieved can be low ATF level or simply input or output speed sensor signal noise/loss/muddle.
You did the right thing and pulled the codes, you should have further pulled the freeze frame data to "see" what was going on when the codes popped.
