Assalamualaikum
mera ek dost jis ny DAE(Electrical) kia hy, 75.6% marks lie hy, esi saal os ny taqriban har ek university mei admission leny ki koshesh ki magar DIPLOMA hony ki waja sy oska admission na hosaka, os ny tests ki tayari bhi achi ki thi, aur 2 universities ny osy BBA mei admission offer bhi ki, magar wo Engineering hi karna chahta hy. os ny AIR UNIVERSITY, CASE UNIVERSITY, FEDERAL URDU UNIVERSITY, HI-TECH UNIVERSITY, NUST (they do't allow DAE). mei apply kia tha.
en sab mei nakami ke baad mei ny osy FSc karny ka mashwara dia. wo maan gaya, aur Rawalpindi ky ek college me admission lia, 10 din ky baad college ky principal ny osy kaha ky BISE Rawalpindi waly keh rahy hy ky hum es ko admission nahi de sakty q k es ny pehly hi FSc ka equivalent certificate (DAE) hasil kia hoa hy aur doosri baat ye ky SSC ky 2 saal ky andar andar HSSC mei admission lena chahiy tu wo bhi tum 3 saal baad aye ho.
mera dost Malakand se taaluq rakhta hy, os ny DAE ky third year ka exam bhi nahi dia tha aur Army operations ki waja se sab students ko third year ky marks 2nd year ky marks ky hisaab se diy thy. aur poora ek saal oska zaya hoa tha, os ny 2006 mei Matric kia tha 2009 mei diploma aur Jun-2010 tak oska 1 saal Army operations ki waja se zaya hogaya tha.
ab yaha par 4 conflicts hy,
(1). Every Government University does not consider the DAE as the equivalent of FSc, because the UET TAXILA, UET Lahore and NUST have written on their Websites that they will not offer admissions to the DAE holders. it means that the DAE is not equal to FSc.
(2) IBCC (Inter board committee of chairman) Islamabad is giving the equivalent certificates of FSc to the DAE holders. it means that they consider the DAE holders as the FSc holders.
(3) The BISE Rawalpindi consider the DAE as the FSc equivalent and saying that the candidates who completed their DAE will not be eligible for FSc.
(4) The Boards of Technical Education in Pakistan offers admissions to all candidates having SSC, FSc, BSc etc. it means that a student having DAE can not go for FSc But a student having FSc can go for DAE so where is the BISE Rawalpindi statement about the equivalency?
If someone has DEA in Electrical, then he has only one option and that is BSc (ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING) he can't go for Mechanical or Civil etc. so what if a student after DAE (Electrical) want to go for BSc (Civil Engineering)?? he will not allowed for Civil, so he has only one option if he wants to do Engineering other than Electrical and that is to do FSc, but all BISE in Pakistan will stop him to do FSc as he has already equivalent certificate which is not equivalent enough to eligible him to go for Civil engineering, (KALA QANOON).
now there is a good law for FSc (pre-Medical) condidate who want to go for Engineering can take additional Mathmetics. so he has a lots of options to do anything he wants, but a DAE holder has now no options to do anything he is offered => No engineering, No BS Engineering, No pre-medical, so what will he do???
please Guide me so i will help my friend, he is so depress about his career now. he regret his decision about DAE.
