its a monumental task, u need the geyrbuxa, the shifter unit, the TCU, and new wiring for the engine and the interior. Before this task you need to make sure the diff ratios are also similar to what you are going to install.
This is done because if the TCU sees a wrong speed from the gearbox, it will immediately shut the party down to prevent damage to gearbox.
All of this is not plug n play.
you need a licensed and registered STAR interface to make the TCU, EGS and key to communicate across the bus.
depending on the gearbox - e.g. old model NAG1 would require a full rebuild (front K2 bushing and pump bushing go to hell on those) - so a trans plus rebuild kit would land you near to 2000 dollars FOB, the shiftbox is another 300-400 depending on your luck, the TCU is about 200 or 300, the wiring I dont know - can be peanuts can be gold.
now if you really want this - find a stolen/scrapped etc car exactly similar to yours and swap stuff over, dont mess around with the ECU and gauges otherwise you will hate yourself due to mileage mismatch.
