Apart from Passo i experience the same locking jerk in other cars too if i put it in P and leave it wihout parking brake. Or leave parking brake first and later press brake to shift transmission.
I think oil change not at all required unless the problem persists even after the new practice of brake sequence OR unless your car has been driven a specific mileage on which company schedule recommends change of gear oil. Also the another scenario would be if gear oil has not been changed after car was imported and not been used for a long time despite scheduled gear oil change mileage not achieved. I am not sure about exact schedule of Passo but usually automatic transmission oil change interval is every 40000 kms.
Hopefully the jerk will be gone once car weight stops resting on transmission when parked. If you don't know when last gear oil was changed (since previous history upon import is unknown even with a car showing actual mileage and no meter tempering) it is better to be safe and get it changed like we do with all other fluids. About fluid and oil change schedule of Passo i think it has been under discussion on a couple of previous pages of this thread.
