Types of people selling JDMs in market:
There are 2 types of people selling imported cars in market…
Direct Importers – Who purchase and import cars directly from Japan
Dealers – Who purchase cars from importers or import cars through importers
(A dealer can be a importer and an importer can be a dealer 
)
As an example, there is a very famous importer (name is i think KHAN G), his business is near Karachi Port, (Similar ones on Khi Highway)...
What they do, they import cars in huge number, and they set a day, say Thursday for RE-AUCTION of car in Pakistan, the cars are sold on "JAHAN HAI JAISI HAI" condition, And yesss there is free "LUNGAR" (Khana Peena) for all the people participating in the auction, usually there is no concept of auction sheet there, bs gari deko or bid kro...
I saw same procedure being followed in FRUIT MANDI, where mangoes etc, are sold to purchasers via bidding...
Dealers from small cities such as Wah Cantt, say 5-6 dealers, gather money, go to Khi, participate in these auctions, won cars in these auction, book a 18 wheeler carrier, and load cars on it, and come back...
After few days they recieve cars at dry port Tarnol, cars can be non accidented or accidented...
In case of accidented cars, the car straight away goes to work shop (usually parts of such cars are also imported with the cars, such as fender, glasses, mirrors etc)... after repair and cleaning and meter reversing etc. these cars are put on display in showrooms...
Non accidented cars, just need cleaning and meter reversing and applying plastics over seats for newer looks...,
Cleaning guys are really expert, they convert E grade interior to A grade easily... (will explain grades later)
