-those two gaskets
-a roll of aluminum screen
-sheet metal shears
-0.250" thick filter material
-a roll of electrical tape
-sharpie marker
-mineral oil
STEPS
- trace the outline and bolt holes of the ITB gaskets on the Aluminum screen sheet.
2. cut them out with the shears. use the roll of electrical tape and make 4 disks of filter material BIGGER than the ITB openings. take the mineral oil and use it on the "disks". i put some on each one, smushed them together a few times real good, then laid them flat on a paper towel and folded it over. then pressed real good to get the excess oil off. this oil will catch the finer particles. start the layers. gasket-screen-filter disk-screen-gasket.
basically, i'm making a sandwich. 2 cut outs of screen, with filter in the middle, and the gaskets as the bread.
3.heres where the electrical tape comes in. you'll need it if you do this.
your sandwich is almost done dear...
4. you can see thru the filter material. the light shows thru and you can kind of see the outline of the door jamb. don't use foam for upholstery or the like. its too dense and will restrict air flow.
5> Hey presto!

thank you.
