I have a nissan sunnny B12 with a twin cam carby engine that was purchased last year with the engine swapped. Carburetor was changed to mehran carb as well that i didn't knw until the problems arise nd the mechanics suggested to change the carb that i did. Bought a new mehran carb nd replaced it but now the problem is when i accelerate the car by just putting very light foot foot on the pedal, car works fine. As soon i press the pedal with a greater intensity car gives jerks nd doesn't accelerate. Now the mechanic is suggesting to change the main jet of carb to a bigger one nd car will work fine but that will also reduce the fuel economy...
Any help on the matter people?
