Karakoram Car Rally by P.T.D.C

P.T.D.C and Pakistan armed forces organized this rally in 2000. I was the driver of car No. 23. This was most well organized event of my life. We had an ambulance with a army doctor and staff with the rally and standby helicopters. The route was from Islamabad to Gigit,Hunza and China border. The participants included Ronie Patel to 73 yrs old couple.I will post the details later, right now I am wondering if there is any pakwheeler from that rally? please identify.

I saw really cool cars going through Islamabad with Karakoram RALLY No. Plates. There were alot of classic vehicles too!

We worked day and night to make this event a success and, by the grace of Allah Almighty, it definitely proved a resounding success and the best car rally that ever ran on the mighty Karakoram Highway.

IT was enormous event that has been held at that time. I was the youngest member of that rally.
My Father Syed Mansoor Ali Rizvi was the technical asisstant of the rally with his technical team (Sohail Mughal, Aslam Khan Turk and Dr Muhammad Ali) they introduce the format of TDS i.e Time Distance and speed which is later on implimented and comply by many car rallys.
I guess You are Suhail H Rana with your wife with due Respect from Lahore though.
