soo here is the thing I am confused about:
1- u quote the price n other charges etc etc but did u mention to the customer what accessories n parts will be needed?
no u didnt because u only wanted to attract the person with soo called cheap price and later abusing the person thats its ur fault for not knowing that this unit doesnt support front camera or what ever the problem was?? why the hell would he come to your shop in first place or any other shops? he could have fix this at home with out needing your help! just because we are all educated but doesnt mean we know every freaking stuff!
2- did u thoroughly studied the installation process of front camera on toyota corolla?
no i dont think soo! once again u didnt bother to study/understand n u were adamant dat u can do this on first attempt because u are MR. Know IT ALL!
3-finally what really pi**ed me off is that instead of clarifying the customer's issue in a proper manner! u wildly accused the customer and then proving here that ur innocent!
If the soo called grip wasnt there then u shud have mentioned the customer in the first place before quoting the price????? why didnt u?
and yes it is a consumer nature (around the world) to find good products along with best quoted price! who said to quote cheap price n do cheap quality work?
you should be ashamed n instead of arguing or giving lame justification! u should apologize and rectify his issues!
once I went to KFC with my family (in DXB) n ordered a usual bucket along with the coleslaw etc etc! when we opened it, we found a dead fly in it n my dad reported to the manager in charge! in few min he gave us a free coupon n a 2 coleslaw instead of one n apologized to us! my father didnt shout or said anything abusive to him?
why the manager gave us free coupon n extra coleslaw?? because he didnt want this matter to get out of control or face court, trials loose precious customers etc etc or fines!
