If you remember, a couple of weeks ago i posted that:
1. I had to re-do the Engine Valves, Seals & Piston Rings.
2. After that, bike occasionally, would give smoke on cold starts (doesn't happen very often though, and there is no smoke once the bike gets heated)
I have been concerned since that day ... that there could be a leakage or the mechanic who did the work have somehow messed up (even when he was very careful). I was told to get my Piston Changed too while the work is being done (to ensure longer life of the rings), but i didn't pay any attention to it because:
- cost attached to it which would've costed me nearly 10k
- Piston was fine and the person who did the work did acknowledge that it is.
I have read about the Plug Conditions and apparently, Plug is Fine and is doing its job properly. However, i am still concerned if there is a leak somewhere. My cousin suspects is to be Valve Guides; a random mechanic suggests bad seals. Either way, i don't feel like getting it opened again. Neither do i like spending any huge cost on it.
Advice?
