Salaam.
The first oil change interval was 10,000 km, but now after that the car has clocked around 7000 km and I'll be going for an oil change pretty soon. I have only used Liqui Moly 5W30/40 in the car, cost per oil change is Rs. 5,000, Rs. 4200 for oil (4.25L) and 800 for the oil filter.
Brake pads I got all of them changed many months back for around 13,000 I guess including labor. Have mentioned the exact post in the main post, you can check it from there as well.
I would never advise anyone to buy a car which has clocked over 100,000 km because a lot of maintenance expenses are required and the wear and tear is also a lot on the parts no matter how clean the body is. Always go for a car around 50,000 km or maximum 75,000 km, not more than that.
Other than oil change, no special maintenance is required. These days I am looking for genuine CVT oil because it needs to be changed, just doing that as a precautionary measure because my car has clocked around 65,000 km in total, was at 47,600 km when I bought it in January '14. Other than that, there is an added expense because of this MetroBus project, my car had to travel on broken roads and now the ball joints, Z-links and tie rods need replacement just as a precautionary measure as they have aged before time.
On the whole, you don't need to spend an extra penny if you get your hands on a clean vehicle.
