Body is fibreglass. The co that buys from here completes the cars and retails for $80000!
Offcourse right now there would not be a mechanism to register a custom made car in Pakistan but it is not impossible or even difficult to develop one. but for that first we need custom built cars
its a shame its in fiberglass..and i guess once the mould is made its easier for them to produce at least 6-7 units. the price is high or one could just park such eye candy as an ornament in his/her driveway
@veeheight i suspected that. None the less great work. They must have made dyes to mould fibreglass on top. With resinabd then sand into shape. Means they have panels from a real body ferrari 250. Cnt figure out none the less amazing job. I have seen projects in usa. Where entire body coverted to carbon fibre. Its quiet similar procedure. I was amazed but much more light n durable. I wonder what chasis they would run.
Yes, steel would have been preferable but the finish here comes pretty close. As for affordable eye candy, this place does other "lesser" cars too
its a monocoque with sub-frames. The one being commissioned for a buyer in Pakistan (despite the regn issue) will be using a 1UZ. Quite out of character I feel. At the very least a brawny American V8 like a GM 350 should have been used
interesting..i will definitely visit this place (if i can find it through google maps
