You can get it easily, but few things to keep in mind before getting the booster or any vaccine dose (1-4 any dose).
We all know vaccine is just like Virus but it can't replicate and body (immune system) will response same as it will do to virus, of-course it will be less in power but working will be same. It just give the body sample that this is the virus so be alert. After almost 3 months have passed form the day you have got the vaccine you antibody cells in blood will complete transform in sleeping state which will be able to transform into antibody cells quickly, but after almost 6 months all the sleeping cells will die and only thing left in body will be memory cells that will take time to become antibody cells when your body will get In-contact with virus or vaccine so they don't help in protecting but rather in fighting.. So what we need to have in our body to effectively fight and save us from virus is antibody cells in blood (that live for 3 months approx.) or sleeping cells (that live for 3 more months after first 3 months), Telling this all to clear that if you have got vaccine (2 doses or 1 dose as specified by the manufacturer) or have infected in virus in past 3 months so it is almost of no use to get Booster, better is to wait for few months and then get the dose to make it fully effective.
T cells = First responders, Initial army. (General army)
Igm = They are army (Specialized in virus) They are also antibody cells that live for first 21 days approx and convert into antibody cells I have referred to that live for first 3 months.
Igm = They are Sleeping cells that live for upto 6 months after infection.
I know that I have make this post very long, but have tried to make it as simple as possible for better understating.
