Thanks for your input!
If you observe closely, I have enlisted the detailed parts required to convert the Throttle Body Injection (TBi), which is basically a fuel injection type using a single injector, into Multi-Port Fuel Injection (MPFi) system - It does not involve any alterations just the intake and exhaust manifold and allied intake accessories and most importantly it is not about just "LOOK". There is nothing to "Agree" or "Dis-Agree". It is worth mentioning that the injection duty cycle of MPFi is different than the TBi, also there are additional parameters (sensors) to control the combustion including the IAT sensor and O2 sensor and a different ECM is involved (having different part number - not compatible with the TBi ECM). You would be well aware that the TBi system relies on CO potentiometer + manual octane switch to fine tune the injection duty cycle. I have converted my own car as well as witnessed various Daewoo Racers which have undergone the MPFi conversion with the parts I have mentioned, and is just a bolt-on job. The most important part is getting the MPFi ECM with wiring, though the existing wiring can be altered to acomodate the additional sensors, but for that you have to consult an expert electrician.
The "Engine" is never called a "GTi", but it is the overall category of vehicle (Grand Touring vehicle with fuel injection). Daewoo Racer GTi is basically a variation of Daewoo Racer called Daewoo Racer-II with better aerodynamics and MPFi engine.
