MKS 3kva is a good inverter, its a product of voltronic power which is a very reliable brand. As far as i remember, it has an open circuit voltage of 150Volts which means that you can only connect three solar panels of 250 Watt in series and can make 4 total arrays.
In comparison, Axpert VM 2 is 3kWatt inverter which has an open circuit Voltage of 500Volts, where you can connect 13 Solar panels of 250 Watt in series to make a single array or since it has a charge controller of 4kWatt, or you may make two arrays of 8 solar panels in series and make it a 4kWatt system.
why am i telling you this and why VOC in system is so important. In Electricity, Low Voltage system has high losses as compared to high voltage systems. If distance of Solar Panels to the inverter is within 10-20 meters then MKS would is also a good choice, if distance is more then 20 meters then its a better choice to consider Axpert VM 2.
Consider the pros and cons of both the system. if one solar panel goes bad in MKS, your maximum 750 watts would be affected before you have chance to detect and repair that panel but in Axpert VM 2, if one solar panel goes bad then entire string of 3000 watt would be affected. you may have to find and fix the fault before entire string would work again.
choice is your, its not, one is better then other, its a choice you have to make depending upon your circumstances.
If somehow, one can learn to study VOC, Vmp Voltages on inverters, that is a big bonus, once its comes to selection of inverter and very helpful.
