What if I told you that you can even buy an S-Class Merc for this price, but would you rather?
It's because Mehran has something to offer that Optra doesn't, i.e. cheaper to keep and run. Mehran is your entry to 4 wheel world from bikes and public transport- how could you compare that to this?
A person who used to maintain a Honda 125 can run a Mehran, but not the Optra. Hence the mentality- which, with no offense intended, is frankly more logically justified than the mentality of people who keep on flogging the dead horse.
Don't get me wrong, this is a very nice car, and offers a great value for money. But it's the manufacturer that killed it, not the people. Same is the case with Mitsubishi, Nissan, and many others.
We need change, we want bigger choice range, we deserve better options- but we hate when losers run away, so we place our money on safer bets- 'cause cars in this country are more than mere machines, they're assets.
