Its an SC14 for sure. And the cost depends on what you're aiming for. With the swift, we're looking into something reliable, daily-driven as well as a fast quarter-mile car at the same time. So, we're doing injectors, fuel pumps, fuel lines, pressure regulator, fuel management, good intercooling, safer compression, better electronics and the likes which gives you an approximate of about 50Gs (give or take 10). This does not include charges for the supercharger or tuning the setup. Just for arguments sake though, a simple supercharger conversion, with stock everything, kabuli intercooler, and improved fueling, and its and bits would set you back about 15-20k, with basic tuning. The SC14 is a pretty rare find but would cost you anywhere from 8-14k for a clean, used unit.
