Day 1 Arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport Bangkok in morning. As you will be with wife, I recommend to take Taxi and go to hotel. Start with 300 bhat, do not pay more than 400 bhat. They will offer you luxury cars for 1000 bhat as well. Don't listen to them. Stay at any one of these 3 hotels. Maxims Inn Soi 7 (Maxim's Inn Home Page) , Swasdee Hotel Soi 8 (Budget Sukhumvit Hotels-Sawasdee Sukhumvit Inn -The budget hotels in Sukhumvit ,Bangkok Thailand, find your cheap accommodations& lodgings in Sukhumvit road with special discount) or Majestic Suites Soi 3 (Majestic Suites Nana Bangkok, Discount Hotel Rooms and Budget Hotel in Bangkok on Sukhumvit Road.). "Soi" means street. Book 4 nights. You are in the heart of Bangkok shopping area. After having some rest, have lunch at at Soi 3 restaurants. Arabian, Turkish, Pakistani, Indian, Egyptian, Lebanese, Shawarma, etc. Fast foods are abundant but not halal. BK, KFC, McDonalds, etc. You are close to BTS Sky Train stations. This is an elevated train that travels the whole of Sukhumvit Road and other places. Cars below, train above. Go to "Nana" Station and head towards "Siam" Station. Get off and visit Siam Paragon shopping plaza, Ocean World, Central World (nearby). These are huge shopping centres. It will take approx 4~5 hours. Again take train from "Siam Station" and go towards "National Stadium" Station. Visit the MBK / Tokyu shopping complex. It's huge. Also see Emporium Complex at "Ekammai" Station if you have time. These Skytrain stations are connected to shopping plazas through walkways. When you return at night visit the shops of Sukhumvit Road (around Nana Station). Have fresh Pineapples, Sweet Coconuts (small ones, amazing taste) from street vendors. Thai vegetable soups, etc. All street vendors are hygienically clean, nothing to worry. You will see 99% Europeans there. There are many cafe's along the road. Many Tuk Tuk (Rickshaw) drivers will approach you and offer ride to gemstone shops, etc. for Free. Don't listen to them and refuse politely.
Day 2 Take Taxi to Grand Palace around 10 AM. It is about 8 km away. See the WAT'S (Wat means temple) nearby. Take Chao Phraya River cruise (river of the Kings) for 1 or 2 hours. It is right besides the WAT. Have lunch at Khaosan Road (back packers paradise). It is just 1 km away from Grand Palace. Take taxi. Khaosan Road hustle bustle starts in the evening and end next morning. Walk to Rambuttri Street nearby. DO NOT miss eating Banana Pancakes made with fresh bananas in 3 minutes. On Phra Arthit Road corner (opposite the FORT), have dinner at ROTI MATABA, a muslim eatry since 1945. Have their Banana Pancake. You will definitely eat 5 more. Many cafes along the road to enjoy. Day 5 Honeymoon Begins . Take domestic Air Asia flight to Phuket Island. Arrive around noon. Take a VAN or Taxi to Patong Beach. Once there, book any hotel for 2 nights..Double room for 600~800 bhat per night. Patong has hustle bustle and it is the main beach on island. Enjoy at beach. Day 6 Hire a motorbike in morning (cars also available) and ride towards Karon beach, Kata Beach, Kata Noi beach, Prom Thep Cape (very nice) and Rawai beach (very nice). It is like a circular road on the island. Takes an hour due to hills. You will have breath taking views of sea with crystal clear water and white sand beaches. These beaches come while travelling left from Patong beach when you are facing the sea. If you go right, there is Kamala beach, Surin beach, etc. then comes the airport where u landed. Kamala beach is also nice. I used to take rounds of island 2 or 3 times a day, at night too. And sit and relax on nice spots. You can find halal food everywhere. Now you have seen all spots on the Island. If you still want to stay at Patong, GOOD, otherwise check out and stay at the private place you like most for next 3 days. There are also some hidden beaches (spots) which have entry fee. You will have more privacy there (hide behind a rock)

Option:
I would highly recommend to drop Singapore. You should include Hong Kong. From Kuala Lumpur, take Air Asia flight to Hong Kong and then Hong Kong to Bangkok. You can also take flight from Phuket to Hong Kong, cutting off Malaysia. I have lived in Hong Kong and know places which are cheaper to stay. It is the most beautiful place, has abundant places to see like The Peak, Ocean Park, Aberdeen, Stanlay Bay, Dinseyland, Central area, nightlife + best shopping in the world and tall skyscrapers. 5 nights will cost you additional Rs. 60,000 including visa, air tickets, hotel and transport for both husband and wife. Hong Kong visa is processed by Cathay Pacific office in Islamabad. They charge Rs. 6000 per person and it takes 4~6 weeks. It is a Label that comes in Post and then fixed on your passport. I've my personal friend there who can do it for you. I can also give you step by step instructions for Hong Kong.
