if you must confine to modern 2013/14 sedan than yeah ct200h premio etc cant match, in my mind in was adding all options in 2.0-3.0 million category leaving some spare cash for mainteince costs but in new cars than yes vezel seems better than all. its just that i just bought a 2015 corolla as a additional daily driver and it has so many faults and headaches at the dealership that i dont want any "brand new" car again, i know vezel is jdm so it wont face the troubles our locals car face but german cars so far have personally given me the best ownership experience.
Yes, poor build quality is what made me switch from 9th gen civic to vezel as well. And agreed, Germans are at next level no doubt, albeit at a fair cost
I think new Toyota Grande is much better choice in comfort, space, design, spares, sunroof, warranty, ground clearence, resale & almost 1 million price difference.
@zwk641 .. Respect your opinion bro
well heres the story of mine, winshield washer fluid dipstick missing, chinese toyota oil filter, one broken clip of trunk lining, a hole somewhere in the car causing two lizards to enter a brand new car. i even had more serious issues like tyres pumped upto 55psi and 40psi form factory and when tires pressures were levelled the left side of the car started sagging by 20mm. right shock had rust on it paint quality was not that good as i would expect and various other niggles such as windows rattling while closing door. though in space and almost in ground clearance the way they have jacked it up its close but cant compare to vezel and the price difference speaks for itself. although i have owned two generations of civics and three gernealtions of corolla all had one or two niggles but this time its too much. vezel is a jump up in desirability and quality for a average middle class man no?
I never heard so much problems in 1 car, with so many problems you can sue Indus Motors, Toyota international can take action even Print & Electronic Media can take Notice.
God help us if a Honda is considered "posh"
its like saying "hey look my pyrex dinner placement is so luxury"
@xulfiqar .. Lolz, exactly. Oh what standards have we set ourselves .. Unfortunately, these standards operate from much higher forces and chain than common man. Hence, we have luxury cars here which abroad might be considered entry level.
they fixed the sagging issue under warranty after a day of arguing.
I am using Toyota & Honda local assembled since long both companies never argued unnecessarily on warranty issues even Dealerships try to resolve the issue at their earliest. Warranty of 2 years is a Big Advantage & when you compare Grande with Vezel Grande is a much better choice in every aspect.
@zwk641.. again sir respect your opinion and choice. But warranty ?? Are we talking about the same Pakistani warranty that voids even if we refuse to use their brand of engine oil ?? Apart from resale and availability of spares, Grande has absolutely no advantage in any aspect over vezel. But you're entitled to your choice and completely respect that. Cheers
drzac...I understand & respect your views butPlease address all the issues as a customer not as importer. It seems that Vezel is the Ultimate hybrid.
@zwk641 .. bro in case you forgot, I am one of the first customers of Vezel AlhamdoLillah, and I never comment on anything from personal business point of view, rather as an enthusiast. Hence, I've never mentioned anything regarding imports. Just talking as an owner of Vezel and as a student of automobiles. And yes, right now vezel is the ultimate hybrid. If you have any better alternatives including Grande to refute this, I would love to know
Customer/Layman can't debate with a person who is mainly dealing & promoting only 1 product, how many times you pointed out issue of Vezel to educate people which are going to spend 3 million, Is it fair or biased analysis, purpose of this Forum is to see all aspects.
The thread is for one product in case you missed the title secondly I've already highlighted certain issues imo like uncomfortable third seater on back during long routes, interior centre console a bit prone to swirls, scarcity of spares. Kindly go through the complete thread before making any assumptions. Thanks
Unfortunately anyone who discuss disadvantages of Vezel or give comparison always snubed by different names under 1 Umbrella. God bless you, I am sure by passage of time members will understand انشاءاللہ .
@zwk641 .. accusations are never a good thing my friend. Logic and reasoning on the other hand convinces others. Kindly quote here for every member to see when and where did I snub anyone out of line. God bless us all. Ameen.
I don't have a Vezel but some of my friends have. Driven and thoroughly experienced the car. Vezel has it's own pros and consbut a Corolla Altis Grande being better than Vezel??? Seriously???Hahahahahahahahahaha

Bhai saab with due respect, in country like pakistan where few thousand out of 200 million people can afford to spend 2.5 million on a cars like "grande" or "Civic", then in my point of view, its "posh".peace.
@gitts070 ... completely agreed bro. Terms like "posh" , "value for money" are all very relevant according to different markets in the world as economic and affordability variations are there. Zulfiqar Bhai is operating in a totally different market of US and the standards and criteria of vehicle selection and preference is totally different here.
