Invest in an oven. Try to eat boiled/baked items, rather than fried in Oil/Ghee. Get a better quality Oil/Ghee with less saturated fats and more poly/un-saturated fats. Do exercise, you cannot just diet and expect losing weight. you need to burn it as well.
