Haha. You sure have some speed killing brakes in there, why don't you hunt for an ABS unit compatible with your ECU? Because I have seen a JDM imported SE limited here in Pk (The only one I examined in person actually) and it had ABS. Not sure about EBD though.
And surely, you're a better driver than me when it comes to fast cars. But what I always keep in mind is to maintain a safe distance with any obstacle with in the view. Road conditions are mostly poor here (in terms of unexpected surprises, I mean). So we have to be extra careful.
With these tires on my car, I almost rear ended a Toyota Hilux. I braked hard and they simply went WEEEEEEEEE. :-! That shouldn't be a problem with your car though, since its souped up to cope with speeds.
However, I would really suggest that the next set of rubber you get be a rotational one, since comfort won't mean much to the rider of this Corolla I just put on a set on the same car and it doesn't skid even if I try, lol.
And OMG thats a huge difference, 2.2 kg per wheel means over all 9 kg weight reduction on the drive train. Awesome, what could be better than a combo of looks an performance in one go!
