Don’t drink water from morning. Eat watery foods. Salads etc. dont take tea. Opt for green tea if cravings occur.
Get your fasting Blood sugar level checked atleast 2-3 instances. And one random as well as post prandial sugar level after exactly 2 hours of eating meal.
And the most important tip. Instead of drinking 1.5 liters of mineral water. Take ORS and drink that. It won’t come out as urine as much as drinking plain water. And when our body is weak, it cannot pull water from arteries and if kept too long without absorption. Kidneys throw it out as diluted urine.
