Thank you. As Khi's reputation goes, life has become busier after moving back! The exact label was "Toyota Pre Mixed Anti Rust Anti Freeze Long Life Coolant." While buying, I was told that one of the reasons that it is expensive is that toyota officially/legally imports it. I googled the part number and guess what... this is only listed on chinese and pakistani websites, so probably being made in and/or for china. Part No: 08889-80029
Regarding spraying water, I have the original japanese user manual that came with my vitz as well as a copied english user manual of a yaris. The latter doesn't say anything about not using water and the former doesn't have any pictures against water either. So do share exactly which user manual did you see this in?
Maybe what they are trying to show is not to spray very high pressure water in the engine bay - which is absolutely correct - especially on areas like air intake, fuse box, battery terminals and plug connections. Also, spraying water generously on a hot engine is not advisable.
This link looks good on "engine cleaning": http://www.detailingbliss.com/forum/f8/engine-bay-detailing-7903.html

A friend is selling a 2004 vitz. Asking price is Rs. 740,000. He claims the car to be a gem and worth a look if anybody's interested. Private msg me and I'll put you in contact with him.
Also, how does one turn off the email notifications (whenever a msg is posted on the forum)?
