If your limit is 2.5m, I would suggest see if you can increase your limit by around 300k, and consider buying a local 2012 model vigo for around 2.8m. The reason being that you'll get around an 8 to 10 year old imported vigo for the price of 2.5m. Which would mean this vehicle would have been imported in Pakistan AT LEAST 5 years ago. If that is the case, and depending which city you buy it from, it will be in bad condition. Even if it doesn't appear to be in bad condition, you'll end up visiting the mechanic very frequently.
Although I am not in favour of the local Vigo at all. I myself have a 2013 Thai Vigo, and I feel there is a drastic difference both in terms of the quality of the vehicle, the engine, engine size, comfort, suspensions, sound proofing, etc., but in your case, considering everything, I would suggest the local 2012 model. Another advantage is that you will get the new (not Revo, but the one before), shape for this price, instead of buying the very old shape.
