It will never work this way. You need to get numbers of linesman and your broadband correspondent for that area. Whenever I have a problem I just call that person directly.
Plus, speeds are low with loads of noise because of a fault in a submarine cable providing Internet to the whole nation.
linesman work when the support guy tell that you need to get your line fix 2ndly this issue which i am referring is nothing to do with SMEW4 , i am facing noise and line parameter issue which normally happens at exchange end due to port malfunction in DSLAM
