^^ no need for them to go in hell they should stay here and mke this hell better !, but how will any one less the that 20K income will afford a imported car , just because its duty free does not mean its going to be cheep let me give you a example , obviously one will import a car which will be made for his or her special disability or what are known as special vehicle and they are usually more expensive then the same normal car , now one will only get a car that has availability of parts and services in Pakistan , so that bring us to the famous brands only , the car has to be brand new so from where you are getting you will have to bare all the taxes , then the ferrying cost , insurance , port taxes and some other mix charges , so if you are extremely lucky the cheapest car you will get in Pakistan will range from Rs 2 mill to Rs 2.5 mil , remember only disabled certifed vehicles are duty free , i.e a standard toyota yaris(vits) cost brand new on road ÂŁ11,500 minimum , special Vehicle of cat A (lowest cat) cost around ÂŁ14 500 and these are the basic and cheapest models
so my friend i dont think gov is telling them to go to hell , but has made a solid policy where people wont be able to exploit the system by paying some poor fella so some money and getting car on his/her name .
