I am selling my 2007 Suzuki Swift Sport. Details and pictures below:
Basics:
Location and Registration : Lahore
Year of manufacture: 2007
Year of registration: 2008
ODO reading on 9-1-2015: 48,924 Km
Model Designation: Suzuki Swift Sport EZC31S
Specific:
Engine: M16A VVT
Approximate bhp: 123
Displacement: 1.6 L
Differences from a normal M16A:
- High-lift cams
2. Specifically designed valve train
3. Forged pistons
4. High compression ratio 11.1 : 1 (I think all M16A engines have this ratio)
5. Variable valve timing
- Oil spray cooling (not sure if normal has this)
Major differences from a locally produced Swift DLX:
- 2.7 inches longer wheelbase
- much stiffer suspension
- lower height
- shorter gear ratios
- much more precise steering
- shorter steering ratio and larger turn radius
- much better power to weight ratio
- Drive-by-wire throttle
- Front, side and curtain airbags
- 4 wheel disc brakes
Minor differences from a Swift DLX:
- Leather wrapped steering with multimedia controls
- Driver's seat height adjustable
- 16-inch alloys on 195/50/R16 tires
- Dual exhaust
- Specific bumpers, grille and side skirts
- Specifically bolstered seats to hold you firmly in position
- Aluminium pedals
Thoughts:
This is a much safer and stable car than the local swift. It is also much more planted around corners and accelerator is quite responsive. Brakes are very accurate and easily better than any locally produced car. Clutch has shorter travel. Car is completely stock. I've never tested properly, but it's 0-100 time is somewhere around 9.5 sec as per internet sources. It's not fast but it's precise and the chassis has been tuned for light track work so that this car does not feel dead. Just to give you an idea:Two years and 2800 laps later...
The dampers are sometimes uncomfortably stiff and they occasionally produce a squeaky sound. Normal wear and aging should be expected. 98 RON gasoline is required. Engine RPM is higher than the DLX at any given speed in a fixed gear.
Asking Price: 11.70 Lakh
Those interested can PM for further inquiries.
