I too own a vitz 2006 model but the problem I'm having in it is that at the speed of 40 or 60 it makes sound like "kar Kar"
salam everyone i have a vitz 2009 model driven 68000km, the car makes strange loud noises when its cold which disappears after 20-30 seconds, but there is a constant low sound when accelerator is pushed even after the car has been warmed up. what can be the reasons for the sounds?the car has been maintained well.
I have seen few second Gen vitz using 195/65/14.. and they are comfortable. . No spacer and no touching to bump
185/70 R14 is best suitable for Height. M using that since 2 years. 195 is wider not higher. So it will affect fuel consumption. I recommend 185/70 R14
Which oil do u use?Recommended oil is 5w30 , which is good in cold start, thick oil doesn't suit vitz, even in summer.
It is normal, and it is present in every 1000cc vitz,Solution: when u drive in the city (maximum 60 to 70 kmp or below), then switch it to "s" mode, the problem will be no more. There will be no harm to engine at all.
If someone intersted to selling vitz 2005 to up model in lahore okara sahiwal area please contact me urgent basis.0 3 2 2 7 0 0 7 5 1 0 raza
I am sure those car must be having 15 inch rim, otherwise for 14 inch rim 185/65/14 is the best.Go for 185 blindly, as you are residing in Islamabad, wont be facing any problems with above mentioned size
i m using 10w-30 caltax havoline. also used 20-50 for sometime as well.
Change it to 5w30 shell hx7 Or liqui moli 5w30
Guys, I am facing an issue with my car. Even on normal temperature the RPM is not coming to its normal position and whenever I put the car into D or R, it just dies. So I've been unable to move the car altogether. What could possibly be wrong?
So you think that 185/70/14 is good.. are you using spacers and this specs tyres or without spacers
Plz tell the fuel average of vitz 1.0L 2014 model. I m waiting for ur kind reply.
In islamabad with speed less than 80kpl and ac 50percent.. 3rd gen fuel avg is between 18-21kpl
Just these tyres. Never Used Spacers. Coz Spacers exploit/Ruin the Suspension.
That is due to bad fuel. You need to mix High Octane with normal fuel. I prefer 50:50 but sometimes 25:75 also works fine.
Yes you're right. This ratio for the tire is perfect. It solved everything for me. Vitz do hit some extremely high jumps but I think those hits are justified given the fact this poor car is only a hatchback not a SUV. I just wish we all had 1.6 cc Vitz with CVT that would have made this car amazing.
That is awesome. But one thing is for sure, Islamabad fuel Octane level is extremely low. My car knocks even on High octane. Lahore fuel quality is much better.
I agree... can't say much about Lahore but Hi-Octane from PSO Sialkot will give u an altogether different energy in the car... though it's Rs. 90/ lit
Rather i would like to have 1.8 Litre Vitz Rs with OEM 16" Alloys.(H)
