We have this corolla since 1993, pics can be seen in oldies japanese club thread,

I have a question, my electrician has adviced that the generator should be changed to 55 amp, it will not only improve headlights but also increase battary life, what do you ppl suggest?

By increasing the ampere of the geneartor willnot increase the battery life in any way, may be you get a better brightness of your head lights by replacing the generator but that may damage the lamps more easily/quickly also , so i advice you to check your cutout and your battery gravity.

I would agree as this was the first car I bought in Pakistan and it will always have a special place for me even though the dealer that sold it to me basically sold me a dud LoL.

what is a good option for orignal 4k engine swap ? is EFI option possible ?

Yes engine swap is possible,you can go for EFI but have to make sure to find the correct Gear Box, Actually now days few variety of Rear Wheel Gear box is available now days.....There are Ke-70 with having 8 Cylinder Engines.

We owned 2 of these. IN 94 my father bought one from a Air Force officer just around 25k driven it was brand new

Amazing machine. I rem when we sold it, It was driven around 190k and i dont rem during this time the car ever gave us any problems.
