If I were you, I'd change these in a week or two max. It's always better to change them earlier rather than wait for that 'cheeee' sound to come up, because by the time that sound comes, damage to your rotors has already started.
Old pads will affect your rotors, you might get warped rotors if you drive a bit aggressively compared to the people posting here regarding their cars.
Change these soon, don't get them from 3S dealers, they'll rip you off. Grab them from an authentic genuine parts supplier and you should be done in under 10k.
