    Dear Friends,

Please which ever tyre u like to buy but Please be aware of the Persons who sells Washed Tyres in the name of New adn check the date of manufacture on the tyres.
Paying Rs 100-300 more is no problem but paying again whole sum is big ache. try to get by some Reference is always best. I suggest to pick DUNLOP or YOKOHAMA also stay under 3% Deviation from stoc soze for better average and COmfort and health of ur car.

Today I went to Neela Gumbud Tyre market, to check the prices of 175/70 R 13 tyres for my Cultus.

    Prices are as follows:

    Dunlop LM701 2800 to 2900
    Dunlop EC201 2900 to 3050
    YOKOHAMA A300 3300 to 3500
    Michelin Certis 3500 to 3800

    Bridgestone Different Models 3450 onwards
Good year Diff Models 3900 onwards

    Nexes 3350
    Falken 3350

All tyres are made in Japan except Nexes which is Korian made.

Tomorrow I am going to get my car tyres changed, Question is for which tyres i should go for, keeping in mind i only drive around 8-10 k per Year and the tyres I am gona choose should work well till 4-5 years.Should not get hard or de-shaped o, cracked or swollen.

Waiting for your precious suggestions depending upon your experiences...

In my opinion best tyres available in Lahore will be Goodyear and Pirelli in these sizes. They are the only two brands who are officially bringing tyres into Pakistan and have official waranty for the tyres and tyres are available with only limited shops who are dealers. This is the reason why these tyres you will not find in Faisal Town or other places in Lahore. No brand even including General which is made in Pakistan dont have any dealer in Faisal Town because 90% of the tyres which are sold there are smuggled tyres or what is called Kabuli tyres and are stock lots which are old and they sell them by either changing dates or origin of tyres. Due to the reputation of that market no brand has official dealers there. Best place to buy tyres in Lahore is Neela Gumband those shops have been there for over 40 years and many of them are official dealers.

I bought Bridgestone (taxi-premium R13) tyres for my Cultus 7 months back from Faisal Town, 3600 per tyre. (The dealer was asking for 3800 initially).
My car sails as smooth as a ship in water now, 200% smoother than before.

Bought Maxxis (205-55-15) tyres for my Civic Reborn 6000 per tyre (100,000 km warranty) from Faisal Town 3 days back.

    @HumanGenius

Sir Pirelli P6000 were 6000/piece in June, I discounted to 5,800 for 4.

Dunlop SP SPorts 9000 and S drive are better.

You must try HANKOOK Korea or Chinese Orgin Tyre. They are of very good quality better than Dunlop. It is an experience. and also at price lower than Dunlop. Also its in White Letter. Pattern is I think so H706

Checked at PSO Cavalry ground for 15' tires yesterday:

    1- Yokhama Db S501 - 195/65/15 Rs 6850/tire
    2- Dunlop ECO Digi tyre 195/65/15 - Rs 6000/tire
    3- Singa Radial - 195/60/15 - Rs 6000/tire

    Are those the right prices?

Tire prices have gone through the roof in the past 2 years! What is the best market to search for genuine non-stamped tires?
