Daihatsu introduced the Cuore in local market in the early 2000s in competition to the Suzuki Mehran. The vehicle offered more features than Mehran but at a relatively higher price, making the Cuore not very popular.
The Cuore is a small hatchback with the size of a Suzuki Mehran. Cuore has a rounded body styling and the overall feel of the exterior is good. The headlamps are crystal and rear lamps are plastic type. The overall exterior looks better as compared to other vehicles of its class in the local market but it cannot be compared to the category of imported automobiles of its type.
The interior of the Cuore is grey toned and is very basic. The layout remained the same since its launch and there are no cosmetic changes done to it by the company ever since. The rear leg room gets uncomfortable if the front seats are positioned all the way back and there is zero space in the boot of CNG variants.
