Unfortunately I had a broken steering bush in the middle of the event so had to stop it and could not continue till last but would like to share how I felt yesterday.
Being a very active hunter, i keep my 4X4âs active throughout the year. But viewing this event physically for the first time with different 4X4âs and different skillful participants was a new experience.
Frankly speaking I was not expecting the intensity of fun and the level of frankness between the members. Even people joined in from Peshawar. This is really amazing. And i am now a proud member of such a refined club having very mature, decent and positive people. I hope to be part of every coming event of IJC. There was too much to learn and explore.
Also, i would thank Aamir bhai for arranging such a nice event in such a boring weather of the year. Boring for me because no hunting and no outing in these three to four months of summers. I met Aamir bhai for the first time and enjoyed his company a lot. It was nice to meet the other members like Nadir, Hassan and Asim (spidy), especially Hassan who gave me company and briefed me a lot.
In my little LJ50, 540cc, 2 stroke, I tried two hurdles, successful in one but failed on the second one. Was it the fault of unsuitable tyres, the little engine or my inexperience? Will surely try to find out the reasons for that.
I hope to see the next gathering coming soon.
