Default Suzuki internal news regarding Wagon-R and Alto

From relevent internal " sources " in Pak suzuki .

i have just been informed that pak-suzuki has successfully imported around 100 prototype WAGON-R 's for display purposes.

they plan to assemble WAGON-R ( 4th gen ) , and launch it here in Pakistan .

    now ,

the problem they are facing is that they want to fit ALTO engine in it , and then sell it ...

but JAPAN has obsoleted that engine , and is unwilling to supply them the engine they want .
so all their eyes are set on some " trade venture" that is expected to take place shortly between INDIA , and PAKISTAN .
which will allow them to purchase the engines from MARUTI INDIA.

it is likely that , either 4th gen WAGON-R would be launched , or the ALTO would be continued.

final decision has not been taken yet .
men who reject to be ruled by the law of God , are ruled by the law of tyrants .

What i read from indian website and user reviews, it gives 14-15 km/l with ac within city jammed packed traffic and traffic situation in big Indian cities are lot worse then Pakistan's, I see following written on indian website

This high powerful engine of Maruti Wagon R is very fuel efficient and the manual gearbox ensures good performance and offers an impressive mileage of 14.2kmpl in the city and 18.9kmpl on the highway

most of people here suggested to go for 175 as we have 145 in wagon r...but i have a doubt it will affect mileage for sure but how much??? dealership wala guy said it wont be much 19,20 ka farq hoga....abu jamal here have installed 175 tires...when he calculates his fuel consumption average we will have a better idea that how much impact fuel consumption takes by changing to bigger tyres

I think 165/70/r13 will be the right size, 175 will be wider for this car, it will hurt the fuel efficiency within city, there are some other drawbacks as well, stock tires are good enough, but the width of it does not go with the car

sarkaar...the link provided by you of maruti suzuki i just read there that there top of line model have 155/65/R 14 compared to 145/80/R 13...155 or 145 is tire width, R 13 or R 14 is rim size....what does the middle figure indicate?
