You Need A New Pressure/Clutch Plate Anyways 40k Lady Driven..So You Need A New Pressure Clutch ... Go For It To Avoid Confusion...You Will BE Changing After 5-10k KmAnyways.....

The LM Friction Thingy In Small Quantity May Have Its Effect As It Coats Itself On Surface Of Parts....Pray That it Comes Out After Flushing Or May Not Need 3 4 Harsh Flushes

Go For A Complete Flush Procedure And Which Need You To Change It Twice Atleast ....Find Some Gearbox Flush Product Else This Issue If Because Of LM Will Not Go Away Easily .

These Boxes Are Designed To Work Fine With Recommended Viscosity...Synchros Work On Friction To Lock Up And Make Gears Shift Nice And Smooth...Failing To Do So Having Anti Friction In Oil Makes It Slip = Crunching While Shifting ...SO Its A BIG NO...And On Serious Note You May End Up With Failing Synchros After Some Time = GhyrrBaxaaa OPen And Change All Synchros

@Xulfiqar should i use an oil flush to remove the layer of lubrication on the gears or should i just change the fluid?

i dont think so, you dont have to flush gear box.

just change the oil and you are good to go, to be honest there are 3 or 4 people using this LM anti-friction tube in their gearboxes and they are claiming excellent results, maybe they are just worning out their gear boxes.

changing in gear oil should do the job.

what i want to know is that @xulfiqar is zic 75w85 good oil or should i just get gear oil from suzuki which is SAE 90 GL-4.

the manual says 75w85 gear oil but suzuki sells SAE 90.

and ill get this oil drained and get new oil either PSO 75W85 or Suzuki SAE 90 GL4 oil.

I am using GS oil 75W85 GL4 in khyber. When i first got it, it made a huge improvement in working. Almost no grinding in cold mornings and smooth shifting. After i added that LM anti friction, i felt no difference tbh. The only difference was the feeling that there is some LM product in the car. [emoji1]

I want to try ZIC FF now. I have heard good about it.

Why didn't you take your car out of dealership when those idiot said that. Once lahore raiwind
Road suzuki said the same, I sat in the car and while taking it out, floor manager said sir you can stand with your car if you want to. How can we handover our hard earn money in their hands blindly?

These Kind Of Stuff Are Added With Stuff Which Makes Them Stick On Surface Of Moving Parts....So In Worst Case Scenario You Need Harsh Flushes.....Else As I Said....Go For An Oil Change And See If You Have Any Issues.....!

Go For Caltex Or Mobil-1 Dont Go For SAE 90....Use 80W-90 Or 75w-90 Or 75W-85 Or Something Close
ZIC Also Works Just Fine Until Its Some Fake Oil.....

On saturday i spent huge chunk of money on replacing clutch plate and pressure plate.

Bought new Excedy clutch plate and pressure plate.

after the assembly old Zic oil with Liqui moly additive was added back in gear box.

when i drove the car the gear shifts were so so so much better but still no 100%.

yesterday i went to suzuki i thought ill get genuine suzuki recomended fresh gear oil and see if the last hardness gets resolved.

after getting suzuki gear oil in my alto gearbox the gears are hard again just like they were hard before changing clutch plate and pressure plate.

Before getting suzuki gear oil Zic oil with Liqui moly was in the gear box and the shifts were really good not 100% good but still after changing plates the shift was smooth, i changed to fresh new suzuki oil SAE 90 GL-4 and now back to square when where i was before spending 10 thousand rupees.

no one seems to help me out here seriously, mechanics cant figure it out, when the car is cold the gear shifts are really good but after 5-10 mins when car is warm the gear shifts get really hard and miserable, can someone for heaven sake help me out?

In Winters It Will Trouble You More....Notice This That After Warmup Or Driving Car For Some KM's Reaching Normal Temp...It Will Get Better.....! In Cold Specially In Cold Morning /Cold Engine....You Feel Like Too Much Resistance And Efforts Shifting It....Its Bcz You Early Have Better Viscosity Oil Than This One You Put Now.....!

when the car is COLD the gear shifts are perfect, after 10 minutes when car gets warm the gear shifts become miserable.

Do you have any experience with gear lever under the car or gear rubber bushings or gear lever moves out of its place once warm? can that be the issue?

could this be one of these above worn out rubber bushings which moves the gear lever out of its place once the car gets warm?

when clutch plate and pressure plate was changed new bearing (Japanese for 1100 Rupees) was installed and new clutch cable was also installed.

One last option could be that something is wrong in thr gearbox. Did they guy clean it well when he opened it up. Something is not right in it. The lever might have dirt inside or be damaged or isnt sitting well inside that after it heats up it expands and becomes hard to change gears.

If Its Getting Worse With Warmup Then Its Strange For OIL Issue.....Check For Those Shifter Bushings Too...They Usually Go Bad With TIME But 40k Km Driven Car ....Looks Quiet Early For Them To Gave Up...

What I Am Talking Abt Is Resistance You Feel When You Drive It COLD With Thick OIL Like SAE 90 As Compared To 75w-85....Putting Too Much Thick oil Can Cause It Also ...It Will Get Bit Better When Warm-up...

What You Actually Feel....Crunching Gears? Or Actually Need Quiet So Much Force To Put Into Gear?
