We are planning an official trip from Lahore to Kalam.
No. of Days : 4 days / 3 Nights
No. of People : more than 50/70
Dates of trip : 15 May 2015
Main Destination: Kalam , Mahudand and "Any One day trekking spot/lake"
So for this matter we want some help and guidance regarding following things ......
= What are the road conditions from mangora to kalam.
= Is Mahudand lake will be accessible till 15May
= Recommend gud hotels in kalam and there contact numbers
= For One day trek "Kundol Lake" "Spin Khowr" "Disaan valley" and time to trek these areas
= can we do kundol lake trip in Once day ?
= Which trek is better ,reachable ?As we have to return on same day , we can manage trekking time around 3/4 hrs one side ...:S
Our basic plan is
Departure in Evening and probably will reach kalam around lunch.
"Day One " Will spend time at kalam bazar and river side "
"Day two" Will leave in early morning to mahudand and spend day at mahudand / lunch /fishing / etc etc
"Day three" Trekking plan to any gud reachable spot .... accessible in one day trek ...
"Day four " After Breakfast will start travelling back to Lahore .....
Most of us went to kalam , swat area years ago so things would be pretty much changed since then specially after flood ....
Kindly share you experiences and ideas ....
