[QUOTE=Xulfiqar;4324656]The baking soda is required to neutrailize the acidic content of the flush,
Firstly ensure the white milky stuff is not slimy (if it is then you have a headgasket issue) - if its not slimy then attach a low pressure water pipe to the engine with the engine dead cold and slowly reverse flush. Your engine has no block drain bolt so dont waste your time trying to find it.
The plain water flush will remove all the flush liquid - water should not be brackish - it should be fresh water.
Now take a blower and use it to push out the remaining water in the block. Install T stat then add coolant/water mix.
If you dont have a blower, then instead of premixing coolant to 50:50 - you need a 60:40 mix - 60% coolant to mix with water already in the block.[/QUOTE @xulfiqar
1.its not slimy and the car does not consume motor oil so i guess head gasket pretty much ruled out and bubbles can be stuck air
2.the water in rad is getting blackish and acidic smell so i do need to add soda but wont that create further mess and how much cultus full water body has 4 liter capacity i suppose so wat volume to weight ratio
3.Unlucky me i don't have MEETHA pani at home i have a slighly brackish water bore but theres a service station in 1 km radius i guess i can drive to that much distance the engine wont have warmed up much
hope em right
4.i can ask service station guy to blow pressurised air in upper inlet of engine maybe that clears it up
