A fit CD 70 can acieve speed 90~92 Kmph & if the riders push him self down to reduce the air resisitance than any small bike can have increase of 5~10 Kmph in its top speed so in this way any good CD 70 can achieve speed ~ 100 KMPH but of course its quite dangerous act to do so this practice shud be avoided.
Regarding perfromance exhausts the they can push engine to drive more power but in specific circumstances so i dont think tha exhaust on shown CD 70 is adding more value to achieve this much speed.

before installing the exhaust it can reach 85km/h we checked and after install exhaust 100km/h

this exhaust was installed on toyota mark x ( previous owner car ) you know that mark x got v6 engine so thats right its too big for one piston engine

Is it brand new? did u complete its running?

You seem to know lot about bikes I just bought a new honda cd 70 2012 model and Can you please tell me the ideal speed on how much speed should i drive my bike in the running period and in which gear and when will my running end and can i drive with two people on ? i currently have drown 150km with two people at 40-50 km speed is it fine or should i drive more slowly ?

Drive it smothly for about 500 km and change oil after that.Keep this bike always with good quality tyres not chinese.Its not like the car.

but how much speed and what about doubling ?

Double person is ok and 40-50 km on 4th gear is smooth too.Dont forget to change oil after first 500 km.If your bike is new check manual of your bike.In pictures below is my bike chinese Lifan 125 cc but with better rear and front suspension(modified),alloy rims rear tyre Pirelli city tubeless and front tyre Michelin tube type.

I have honda cd 70 june 2012 and it is not going more then 75km/h
I completed about 2800 km
mileage is also very low 39-40 km/L
