this seems to me ordinary sheet which some car owners wrap on car body
these kind of simple sheet were available in city when i was searching for genuine carbon sheet
So if i found this black sheet now I may wrap deluxe tanki cap
what do you suggest R1? tanki cap ko wrap karon ya jaise hai waise sahe hai

It seems poor quality as you can see the edges are scratched. What about matte white sheet instead of black?

As cold days are coming, weather is not very hot these days
So changed the seat cover of bike & installed new leather seat cover
Its good time to use leather seat cover now Because you know
I think every biker knows what happens when leather seat cover bike stays out in sunny day in summer :D

have not driven bike at hi- speed but i don't think it will make noise
as its fitted tight with screws & it is little bit up than the chrome plate
i drove bike in city around 50/60 heard no sound
there was already rubber present In holes where company screws were installed
i have not removed that as its fixed in hole
original screws jinko USTAAD L-key screw kah raha tha
were not big enough so he suggested me to purchase cd70 ke seat belt waali screws
as long L-Key not were not available in market
i purchased those seat belt screws but they were too long so he cut the screws than they fitted properly
Logo Pati thorha bent ho rahi thi so i suggested him to use a nut inbetween logo Pati & silencer chrome pati
jiske wajaah se yeh logo pati thorha up hogaye hai aur bent bhi khatam hogayaa

recently i came to know about custom gasket makers .. mostly cars mechanic use their services to make gaskets for cars etc which are not locally available.. i should suggest u to make a custom gasket and use that on silencer (make the one from the material from which head gasket is made.. ) u may use curil to make a good joint and seal b/w silencer and this thing..

or u may use "Red Silicon" to make a seal but i would prefer first option .. that way u can totally eliminate vibration/noise and also u can protect any zang
