this way won't be able to judge difference in both tyres
for the comparison both tyre needs to be fitted on rim
Ghauri 3.00 is definitely wider than 2.75 service

it is tough & don't gets puncture often
I like the tread design of Ghauri tyre & its dual purpose

It means service cruiser was available in 3_18 when you were looking for the tire? If yes how much does that cost? Cause I personally find it more sporty than the other choices. I hope it's not hard and won't make the ride uncomfortable

Went and saw the pridors parked for delivery today. I notice that both both front and rear tyres were 2.75_18. What I didn't like about the bike were two things
1. The plastic knob for fuel and reserve looks word. It looks like a hole from which something has fallen. Give an incomplete kind of look
2. The plastic cover on the graphic design on the body were all hanging loose from the bike. It's their any solution to this

first what i get from your impression is i think you don't like bikes with fiber/plastic parts
Bro If you go concentrate on minor things you won't find a single bike perfect here in Pakistan
Fuel Knob may not be perfect but its alright i don't think there is anything serious wrong with it
and AHl have added a small beautiful fairing on it to enhance the beauty of bike
it feels loose but not much when side covers are locked fits ok & important thing is it does not make noise
sorry Bro I am not getting your second point i don't know which specific part you referring to
but only main part which you will feel loose & it is loose there is some freeplay in it
is that whole patti under seat. when i bought my pridor i noticed this thing i was worrying
but i went to showroom checked some others pridor all bikes these patti's were like same
but again important thing is that it does not produce noise.
I don't know why AHl have fitted it like this may be so that it does not breaks

I am talking about the transparent sheet over the graphic designs in the body. Just like the plastic sheet on the headlight when you get the delivery

Aoa wr wb, dear friends,
I'm a lover of Pridor and Insha ALLAH i'm gona purchase one in next two weeks. Though it would be my first bike ever.
The first issue because of which i'm still concerned is the absence of Fuel Meter which was in CD100 but not in pridor.
Second issue is that I donot know the 'abc' of bike engine and maintenace of bike as i never had a bike of my own; so i am afraid that if i purchase a new pridor how will i take care of alot of technical issues and cares you mentioned in this thread.
my average weekly usage is around 100 KM.
Please suggest me should I go for new pridor(will i be able to take good care of it as i know nothing about the technicalities of taking care of a new bike) or should i go for a second hand CD100 of 2012 model(I think i will have two advantages: Fuel meter + second hand bike ki running waqera complete ho gi and jo issues new engine ko maintain kerne ke care ke hote hein us ke liye mujhe worry nai kerna pare ga).
I have talked with a 5S honda dealer in Multan and he said that there is no issue of "2nd gear katak sound" with respect to engine. The only concern he told me was that it requires little alignment issues sometimes rest it is a perfect bike. As i donot want to sale it for at least 5 to 7 years.
Please suggest me should i go for new Pridor or CD100. What will be a better choice?

If yes, then they would give better resale when driven the least..break in period running absolutely does not depend on this as changing the rear tyre from 2.75 to 3.0 is not a big difference at all. The only logic I see is that in case of some problem the warranty can not be claimed if the tyres are changed.

The wheelbase is different..3.00 tire has better grip at the expense of more strained engine..atleast avoid tyre change before engine break in.

i think you are talking about transparent film which is above on Model Graphic stickers
Man that is nothing to worry about, it is given as there for temporary. some people removes it by their self

i have never sold tyres so no experience of it
altough i had asked a dealer but he replied we already have lots of tyre in stock
even if they will purchase i think they would cut the big margin
yeah i also think 3.00 is not huge tyre, but better if you run few km's with stock tyres
depends on you. There are many terms & conditions for warranty claim mentioned in bikes Manual
i don;t think many people follow this but yet i think some good mechanics accept warranty claim

yeah this is the film i was talking abt. i also had these on my previous bikes offcourse but they all started coming off after like 15000 kilometers. now i have seen these bikes standing in the showroom and already this film is coming out

dear friends,
I am going to purchase a new pridor in coming two weeks but i have few concerns about it in which your guaidance is requested. It will be my first ever bike. And I'm worried that I wont be able to take good care of new engine(and the other technical issues like that of alignment issue) as i dont know the 'abc' of maintaining a bike though i have learnt allot by reading posts in this thread and on pak wheels and by downloading official manuals. My second concern is that Pridor donot have a Fuel Meter. Please suggest me whether i go for a new pridor or the Honda CD100 2012 model which of course will have a fuel meter and us ki running bi puri ho gai ho gi. Approx 100 KM is my weekly usage for the bike. I have talked with a 5S Honda dealer and he told me that the katak sound issue has nothing to do with the life time of the engine of the pridor. regards, plz guide me. thn

I bought CD 70 in November 2012, dealer asked me to buy Pridor, but unfortunately I did not agree with him at that time, now I have decided to sale my CD 70 & buy Pridor.

Just want suggestion should I buy black or red.
