Advice and help regarded starting business of motorbikes tuning oil change and parts

dear brothersi have taken a shop on rent in koral town main road rawalpindi,actually i wanted to start motorbike tuning oil change spare parts all things related to motorbikes business
actually i thought that i could do investment just keep a mehcanic buy parts and give proportion to mechanic all will go fine
actually im very confused becoz im not getting any mechanic nor i recieved any call from olx
without mehcanic i am nothing to start this business
is there and brother who is already in this business and give usefull and experienced tips
All dos and donts needed and if he could help in finding some fair person who could help me and do work for me as an experienced worker
as mentioned in islam i would be sleeping partner
and mechanic would be working partner
I am very much needy to start the business
My parents are not alive and needed to do it in any cost

first thing is that mechanics dont use olx.
now regarding starting a business it need a lot of homework to be done ..

would u be present on the shop ? if not do u have someone trust worthy to be there ?

i am not mechanic nor do i have any experience .. but do discuss it with some mechanics whom u know .. they may provide u info ..

or better u rent ur shop ..

else there will be more gaplaz .. in case u are not personally present there ..

and also look if u have enough customers around .. else u wont be able to do business.

Good mechanics would open their own shops, only anari mechanics might want to exploit ur platform..

Spare parts shop and oil store is an option but combining a mechanic is a tricky bit

w salam.. don't mind but it seems like u hvn't got even a basic idea about the workshop business ... mechanics are damn cheater these days and how would u know if a mechanic u hired is good enough and not a hathora ustaad ... u should hv firsthand experience or atleast complete knowledge of engines, parts and repairs before starting workshop ..... doing business in pakistan is not as simple as 1,2,3 ....

Jese k apne kaha your parents are not alive aur dil se you want to start business. Mere dil se dua ha Allah apke madad kre. Ma apke city me hota to must kuch try krta for arranging mechanic of your shop.
