The other day he told me that he's getting big shipment of RT4 Racing today and now after two days, he's telling me that he'll get it in two weeks. He also has very little stock. When I got there for the first time, the only oil he had was general purpose LM SAE 20w50. So I had to get a liter out of its 4 liter packing, which wasn't even a full liter cause when I came home the oil level was a little below the "L" indicator, lolz.

So I just talked to Mr. Afzal, the dealer from Lahore as mentioned by our good ol' friend @automotorsport_lover. This dealer seems quite responsive and he's sending me 4-6 RT4 bottles including some other goodies (I'll share pics when it gets here), via New Khan Cargo, which I'll be able to pick up on the same day.

I don't mind paying the extra Rs. 50, if I get what I want at the time that I need.

As for the LM 4T oil goes, it is superb.
Engine voice is different and much serener than before.
The gear shifts and the overall pick are much smoother now!
The whole bike feels quite light now. Couldn't have gotten better than this

Invoice was something like this:

• 3 x LM Racing 4T = 2250
• LM 50 HT (400g) Grease = 1500
• LM Universal Polish = 800
• LM Fuel System Treatment = 750
• Carriage = 200

Total = 5500

Hehehe ur very enthusiastic about ur bike! M glad as we all share the same enthusiasm here.. though fuel treatment and polish were decisions before which consulting would have been helpful..

1. Grease is too expensive! Is it that transparent grease for chain or normal one? Caltex grease is available in mkt for under 500Rs i guess if u wanted normal grease...

2. Fuel treatment.. hmmm which bike uv got? Im unsure about this one, u better read in depth what its about.. coz it can be harmful for our ancient engines...
   Fuel treatment can be a blend of engine cleansers, aimed to clean carbon off valves, pistons, injectors/carbs... on some cars; the sensors too...

Make sure its not something harmful for our ancient tec bikes... as abrasive additives can make weak engine seals wear off n leak quickly!

1. Uv bought a universal polish... LM has special auto polish that would have been better + don't confuse a polish with a wax! Polishes are abrasive and remove paint layers... not suitable for regular use!

To ensure a good paint finish and long lasting protection u need to buy a good wax, not a polish. Do u have a good wax?

Wax is like a sunblock lotion for the paint skin.. its nourishes, moisturizes and protects paint skin.

Polish is like a hard cleansing lotion aimed to remove deep routed dust, blackheads of ur paints skin

So i hope u did not mistakenly order a polish instead of a wax bcoz hamary han due to lack of knowledge people use both words interchangeably... cosmic etc are waxes not polishes.

And m glad about ur engine oil experience! best thing in ur list!

Plus, it is 400 grams. WD-40 white lithium grease is 300 grams and is 1000 Rs.

Fuel treatment is for my old car. If it works well, i plan to feed it every 2500 kilometers

Yes, I do have a Formula1 wax. That thing was bought last year and still keeps going. Haha. Never freakin ends.
I use it on weekends. Liquimoly Universal Polish is for other rare cleaning events I do not so very often e.g. use after a wash, before applying wax.

And yes bro, I am aware of the fact that polish prevents paint a lot better from UV rays than the poor semi-organic wax. Hehe

This is my previous post in this thread.

UPDATE: I didn't ride my bike after this, until today where i did a short trip in my area. Just now, i have tuned the bike and changed the Kixx Ultra 4T after 1011KMs of usage, and have poured in the Liqui Moly bottle i had purchased. Its 35811 at odometer currently. Lets see how long does it last.

Kixx Ultra seemed to have performed pretty well (1011kms) given its price tag (it was the 2nd Kixx Ultra i had poured in)

I have been using that bottle of LiquiMoly 4T Racing i had purchased, and poured at 35811. Right now, my bike has clocked 36839. Thats 1028 Kilometers of running so far.

I have mixed feeling with this oil.
- On one side i am sad that the oil is really showing its age and screaming to be changed.
- On the other 'mildly pleasant' side, the clutch performance at 1028 kilometers is very surprising, where it seems that i can drag the oil further till 1500 kilometers or more, if i wanted to.

My original statement about LiquiMoly 4T Racing being an Over Rated would have been true, had i purchased the Kixx Ultra 4T i wanted to, but didn't. Instead, for whatever reason ... i opted to give this oil (LiquiMoly) "another" try, before giving out my judgment.

For that reason, i have purchased ANOTHER LiquiMoly 4T, from the Same Shop at Muslim Town Morr, Lahore.

---- AND HERE IS THE BAD NEWS ----

The shopkeeper claimed that it was "new packing", on which i became slightly suspicious, but preferred my 'trust' on him. I was coming back from work, tired ... so i didn't really pay attention to the new packing on the bottle ... and that big *** word "STREET" written on it.

For a reference, here is a picture of the old bottle, taken from one of the previous posts.

Deep down i am cursing myself for not spotting this difference when i was in the shop. But i can't really blame myself i wasn't in my right mind I AM SAD at the moment.

Now, can anyone please do some research and find out the difference between "RACING" and "STREET" versions? Both are "Mineral" engine oils.

a quick visit to site shows that it is just the matter of label change. On new stickers, they are keeping "Race" label for fully synthetic oils only. Mineral and semi-synth both are labeled as "Street" oils now.

Its in Muslim Town Morr chowk (actually the chowk just beside it). There is a Shell Petrol Station. On its back side, the shop it in a street.

I'd say grab that bottle of 10W-40. Thats some real shizz.

abobobilly brother why do you feel oil is screaming for oil change however same
time you saying bikes performance in gear shifts or clutch performance is very good
i would recommend don't judge liqui moly oil performance on its color as it turns into
black quickly as compare to local engine oils

and thanks for sharing news on availability of LM 10w40 for bikes
its good to have this oil its expensive but enthusiast would not care for that
i think this engine would be good to use in modern heavy bikes too i feel
this was imported on request of heavy bike users

I am also thinking to go for liqui moly again have clocked around 2000 km on this oil. The cons i have found in this oil are it needs a warm up for 2-3 mins after starting the bike. Bike engines gets heat up alot after using it more than 1000 km. Rest performance wise the oil is very good.

Who think LM racing 4t is fit to be used 2000kms... No its not!

1000-1200Kms in summers max.
1200-1500Kms in winters max.

The new packing is interesting... is the price same? I havnt visited Afzaal Tahir yet so cant say...
